Arthur Helmut Fox December 2nd 1933- May 2nd 2012

It is with great sadness and happy memories that we announce the peaceful passing of Arthur at his home.

Arthur was predeceased by his wife Cathey in 1994, second wife Ruth in 2011, brother Harry, sister in law Martha, and brother in law Peter.

Left to cherish Arthur's memory are his daughter Debra Scott (Dave), son Jeffrey Fox (Nicole), grandchildren Meghan, Daniel, Joel, Jasmine, Gordon and Jennifer, sister Ruth Kirwan, brother in law Albert Olund (Joan) and nieces and nephews.

Arthur will also be missed by his step children and their families.

Arthur was born and raised in Starbuck where he helped on the family farm. He met the love of his life, Cathey (Olund), married and raised two children in the area. Before becoming a full time farmer, Arthur worked as a taxi driver, welder and machinist in Winnipeg. His great passion was farming where he spent his life working the land with his son and family.

Dad's great sense of humour and teasing will be greatly missed. He looked forward to family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren. Dad enjoyed dancing and took great pleasure in beating us or being beaten at a game of cards or backgammon.

Dad we'll miss you, love you always and wish you peace.

We would like to thank the doctors and staff of the renal units at the Seven Oaks and St. Boniface Hospitals for their support and assistance over the past three years.

Also, thank you to the McDonald paramedics and Constable Harding of the RCMP Headingly Detachment for their support.
